BEE MENU
Bees are hairy-bodied, winged insects, recognised for their role in pollination and foraging. They have three body segments (head, thorax, abdomen), six legs, and typically possess a stinger. Solitary bees account for more than 90% of bee species. Unlike social bee species these wild bees do not create hives, produce honey, or have a queen. Each female constructs and provisions her own nest independently, often in underground burrows.
