Common bugs (4-5mm) associated mainly with stinging nettles. They can be found as adults throughout the year with varying colouration that is strongly related to age. In spring following hibernation, the ground colour is generally darker and the cuneus more orange-yellow. When the new generation of adults appear in mid-summer they are normally lighter with less intense markings.
