Caged stones positioned in front of pipes allow water to flow through while serving as a filter to help prevent sticks and other large items from clogging the pipes. 

There was a minor delay to the project due to rain in November. Specialist equipment had to be shipped in from abroad for work to proceed. All tasks were finally completed by March 2019.
