Stenopsocus immaculatus sensu stricto

This barkfly species (3-4mm) has fairly clear wings and a greenish abdomen. It lives on a variety of deciduous and evergreen trees, usually on branches (not trunks) from June to October. This species also inhabits leaf litter and log piles.
