Two-spot Ladybird
Adalia bipunctata
The 2-spot Ladybird is typically red with two black spots on its wing covers, but it can also appear in other colour variations, including black with two red spots. Their legs are black, helping to distinguish them from the 10-spot Ladybird, which has brown legs. They hibernate during the winter and generally become active in late February or March. Their diet consists of aphids, small insects, insect eggs, and mites.
