"Dear Agnes, Thank you very much for your card and letter. I am sorry I can't let you have a letter by to-morrow as I am meeting Mother at L.Bridge at 3-30 this afternoon and showing her across to Lpool St and when I get back to Stratford have got to go back to work again up till about 10, but will not keep you long before I write. Am glad you are quite well. Isn't this lovely weather. I expect it is nice where you are. I'm going to Romford tomorrow."
